This Privacy Policy explains how <Developer/Company Name> (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information in the mobile app “Block Erase 6×6” (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require account registration and does not transmit gameplay data to our servers. We handle:

  • On‑device data (not sent to our servers):

    • Top‑10 scores with date/time

    • App settings (e.g., BGM on/off)

      These are stored locally on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.

  • Device permissions:

    • The App does not access camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

    • It uses the audio session to play sounds/BGM; no recording is performed.

  • Third‑party advertising (Google AdMob):

    To serve and measure ads, the AdMob SDK may collect data such as the device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) (subject to user consent on iOS), IP address, approximate location (coarse), device information, and ad interaction data.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT):

On iOS 14.5+, if you do not allow tracking, the IDFA is not available to the App/SDK. In that case, ads are served as non‑personalized.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide core gameplay and store local settings/scores on your device

  • Display ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud/abuse (via AdMob)

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your information from our servers. Ad data collected by the AdMob SDK is processed by Google according to its own privacy policies.

4. Retention

  • Local data (scores/settings) remain on your device until you uninstall the App.

  • Ad‑related data retention follows Google’s policies.

5. Your Choices

  • Allow/Deny tracking (IDFA): iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

  • Non‑personalized ads: Deny tracking to receive non‑personalized ads

  • Delete local data: Uninstall the App

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, please contact us.

7. International Transfers

Advertising providers (Google) may process data on servers outside your country, subject to those jurisdictions’ laws.

8. Security

We store only minimal data locally and do not maintain gameplay servers. Third‑party providers protect data per their policies.

9. Rights Under Regional Laws

  • EEA/UK (GDPR): Rights include access, rectification, deletion, restriction, and objection.

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): Rights include knowing, deletion, and opt‑out of “sale/share” (we do not sell).
