Notivx is a note-taking and web-clipping app that lets you save web pages, social media posts, and other online content for personal reference.

Your notes and saved content belong to you and are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

2.2 User Content

  • Notes and text entries

  • Saved web pages and web clips

  • Saved social media posts (YouTube, X, Instagram)

  • Attached images and media files

  • Imported Evernote data (.enex files)

All user content is stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if iCloud sync is enabled).

The developer does not have access to this content.

3. Third-Party Content

When you save content from third-party services (such as YouTube, X, or Instagram), the App stores references (URLs and metadata) to that content locally.

When viewing saved posts, the App may load content directly from these third-party services. These services may collect usage data according to their own privacy policies.

The App itself does not send any of your data to these services.

4. iCloud Sync

The App uses Apple’s iCloud service to synchronize your notes across your devices.

Data synced via iCloud is managed by Apple and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

The developer does not have access to your iCloud data.

The App does not share any data with third parties.

  • No analytics SDKs

  • No tracking technologies

All data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced through your personal iCloud account.

Payment processing is handled by Apple.

The developer does not receive or store payment information.

The App is not designed to collect personal information from children.

No personal data is knowingly collected from users of any age.
