プライバシーポリシー（日本語）
1. 概要
本アプリの提供者（以下「当方」）は、ユーザーの個人情報を収集するサーバーを一切運用していません。ゲームの記録は端末内にのみ保存されます。ただし、広告を表示するために第三者の広告配信事業者（Google）が一定の情報を取得します。詳細は第3項をご覧ください。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
以下の情報は端末内にのみ保存され、当方に送信されることはありません。
- ベストスコア
- プレイ回数（広告の表示頻度の調整に使用します）
- 「ゲーム間の広告を非表示」を購入済みかどうかの状態
氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、連絡先、写真などを入力していただく機能はありません。アカウント登録も不要です。
3. 広告について
本アプリは無料でご利用いただくため、Google が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。広告の配信および効果測定のため、Google が以下のような情報を取得する場合があります。
- 広告識別子（IDFA）などの端末識別子
- おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスから推定される国・地域など）
- 端末の機種、OSバージョンなどの端末情報
- 広告の表示・タップなどの利用状況、および診断情報

4. トラッキングの許可について（ATT）
本アプリは、初回のゲームオーバー画面で一度だけ、トラッキングを許可するかどうかの確認画面（App Tracking Transparency）を表示します。許可しない場合でも、ゲームのすべての機能をご利用いただけます（表示される広告が、興味関心に基づかないものになります）。
この設定は、iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
5. アプリ内課金について
「ゲーム間の広告を非表示」の購入手続きは、すべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当方が受け取ることはありません。購入状態の確認には Apple の StoreKit を使用します。
6. 動画広告（リワード広告）について
ゲームオーバー時の「動画を見てつづける」「動画を見てスコア2倍」は、ユーザーが自分で選択したときのみ再生される任意の機能です。視聴しなくてもゲームは最後までお楽しみいただけます。
7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。当方が13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
8. データの保持と削除
端末内に保存された情報は、本アプリを端末から削除することですべて消去されます。広告に関連して Google が保持するデータについては、上記 Google のポリシーおよび Google アカウントの広告設定をご確認ください。
9. 通信について
ゲームのプレイ自体はインターネット接続がなくても動作します。通信は、広告の取得と課金処理のためにのみ行われます。

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページに掲載します。

App: Hibana – Spark Chain (iOS)
1. Summary
We do not operate any server that collects your personal data. Your game records stay on your device. To keep the game free, a third-party advertising provider (Google) does collect certain information — see section 3.
2. Stored on your device
The following are kept on your device only and are never sent to us:
- Your best score
- The number of runs you have played (used to pace how often ads appear)
- Whether you have purchased “Remove Between-Run Ads”
The app never asks for a name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos, and it requires no account.
3. Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to serve ads. For ad delivery and measurement, Google may collect:
- Device identifiers such as the advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Coarse location (for example, the country inferred from your IP address)
- Device information such as model and OS version
- Interaction and diagnostic data related to the ads

4. App Tracking Transparency
The app shows the system tracking permission prompt once, on your first game over screen. If you decline, every feature of the game remains fully available; the ads you see simply will not be personalised. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. In-app purchase
The “Remove Between-Run Ads” purchase is handled entirely by Apple’s App Store. We never receive your payment details. Purchase status is verified through Apple’s StoreKit.
6. Rewarded video
“Watch ad to continue” and “Watch ad for double score” play only when you choose them. The game is fully playable without ever watching one.
7. Children’s privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Retention and deletion
Deleting the app from your device erases all data stored on it. For data Google retains in connection with advertising, please refer to Google’s policies and your Google account ad settings.
9. Connectivity
Gameplay works without an internet connection. The app connects to the network only to fetch ads and to process purchases.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Any significant change will be posted on this page.
