Privacy Policy — English Seeds (えいごのたね)

English Seeds (“the App”) is developed and published by True M Medical Co., Ltd. (“we”). The App is a leveled-reading app for children. We designed it so that it does not collect, store or share any personal information. This page explains exactly what the App does with data.
1. Information we collect
None. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. We do not collect names, email addresses, device identifiers, location, usage data or any other information from you or your child.
2. Data that stays on your device
The App stores the following only on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is removed when you delete the App.
- The nickname and avatar you enter for your child, and reading progress (books read, quiz results, stars, streaks, settings).
- Voice recordings made in the shadowing / read-aloud features. Recordings are saved in the App’s private storage on the device so they can be played back from the parent dashboard. Each new recording for a book replaces the previous one, and all recordings are removed when the App is deleted.
3. Microphone and speech recognition
The App asks for microphone permission only when your child uses the speaking features (shadowing, read-aloud scoring). Speech recognition is performed with Apple’s Speech framework. Where the device supports it, recognition runs entirely on the device. On some devices or languages, Apple may process the audio on Apple’s servers under Apple’s Privacy Policy; we never receive the audio or the recognized text. You can revoke microphone and speech-recognition permission at any time in iOS Settings; the reading features continue to work without it.
4. Purchases
The App offers one optional in-app purchase (Full Unlock) processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details or any personal information from the purchase. Purchases can be restored on other devices through your Apple ID. The purchase button is placed behind a parent gate.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is made for children and is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Apple Kids Category guidelines and the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Because the App collects no personal information, no personal information about children is collected, used or disclosed. The App contains no advertising and no social features. The only link out of the App is to this privacy policy, and it is placed behind a parent gate.
6. Network use
All books, illustrations and audio are included in the App. Apart from App Store purchase processing and Apple’s speech-recognition service described above, the App does not connect to any server.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be noted in the App’s release notes.

「えいごのたね」（以下「本アプリ」）は、トゥルーエムメディカル株式会社（以下「当社」）が開発・提供する、こども向けの英語多読アプリです。本アプリは個人情報を一切収集・保存・共有しない設計になっています。このページでは、本アプリがデータをどのように扱うかを説明します。
1. 収集する情報
ありません。本アプリにはアカウント登録・ログイン・アクセス解析・広告・第三者SDKはありません。氏名、メールアドレス、端末識別子、位置情報、利用状況などの情報を、保護者の方からもお子さまからも収集しません。
2. 端末内にだけ保存されるデータ
以下のデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当社や第三者に送信されることはなく、アプリを削除すると消去されます。
- 入力したお子さまのニックネームとアバター、学習の記録（読んだ本、クイズの結果、星、れんぞく日数、設定）
- シャドーイング・音読機能で録音した音声。保護者ダッシュボードで聞き返せるよう、本アプリ専用の領域に保存されます。同じ本を録音し直すと前の録音は上書きされ、アプリを削除するとすべて消去されます。
3. マイクと音声認識
マイクの許可は、話す機能（シャドーイング、音読の採点）を使うときにだけ求めます。音声認識には Apple の Speech フレームワークを使用します。対応端末では認識処理は端末内で完結します。端末や言語によっては、Apple のサーバーで処理されることがあり、その場合は Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。当社が音声や認識結果を受け取ることはありません。マイク・音声認識の許可は iOS の設定からいつでも取り消せ、読む機能はそのまま使えます。
4. 購入について
本アプリには任意のApp内課金（すべての絵本を解放）が1つあり、決済はすべて Apple（App Store）が処理します。当社が支払い情報や個人情報を受け取ることはありません。購入は Apple ID を通じて他の端末でも復元できます。購入ボタンは保護者ゲートの先に配置しています。
5. お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリはこども向けに作られており、米国 COPPA、Apple の Kids カテゴリガイドライン、および日本の個人情報保護法に沿った設計としています。本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、お子さまの個人情報が収集・利用・開示されることはありません。広告やSNS機能はありません。アプリから外部へ出るリンクはこのプライバシーポリシーへのものだけで、保護者ゲートの先に置いています。
6. 通信について
絵本・挿絵・音声はすべてアプリに内蔵されています。上記の App Store の購入処理と Apple の音声認識サービスを除き、本アプリはサーバーと通信しません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページと上記の更新日を改訂します。重要な変更はアプリのリリースノートでもお知らせします。
